...One level, because the action of knitting generates warmth, and one another level the product is specific to the keeping-yourself-warm-business. It's a lot colder than it is usually typical--25-30 degrees out, warming up to the mid-40's. I'm currently knitting handwarmers for Jen and waiting ever so patiently for my angora back-order to get here so I can work of Goldleafgoddess's scarf. Our building is er...trying? to turn on the heat--probably because Ben the Neighbor and Jen reminded them politely that they HAD to have the heat on by October 1st by state law. *shakes head in frustration* But of course there's nothin' doin' from the radiators. Lucky I get all the sunlight.
But don't you fret, for I have a cunning plan...Jen and I are talking about moving out in late spring and becoming roommmates, since we're both responsible and have known each other for a few years now. I'm usually not real crazy about the roommmate thing, but I think that with someone I know well like Jen it would probably be okay...and think of all the money I can save for the rowhouse of my dreams. Or a car that won't break down if I look at it funny.

Did I mention I'm covered in glitter? I was trying to get a necklace out of my makeup bag, and the top came off. Copper-pumpkin-colored. I decided to go with it and painted glitter on my nails with a clear top coat. Yeaaah, baby, I'm totally professional!!!

I wish I'd stop sneezing...It's freezing out and I'm still allergic to something. Though it probably wouldn't hurt to vogue around with the feather duster when I get home...
