Yay! I'm back!

I wasn't feeling well yesterday, so I took a sick day and spent it napping and cleaning and wrapping one more present...no wait, there's that one I have to wrap...nonono, what about THAT one? *siigh* Ahh, the joys of the holiday season:) Actually, it felt nice to get so much done...

Other things that are going on:

* People at workies liked their presents. My cow-irker Gail liked her goofy yarn-guy with button eyes so much she ripped out his stuffing, used him as a hand puppet, stuck him in her work blazer and had him backtalk the other guards, and named him Mordred the Betrayer. That's a *good* present:)

* I ran into Joe, one of my old cow-irkers from Dante's Minimalist Inferno...he says a lot of people miss me very much, and gave me a great big hug. I was very touched. I still am, in fact. Wowwww...

* My mom's having some serious surgery next week...she sounds upbeat, though. Wish her luck, willya?

Anyway, apart from chasing loved ones around shrieking, "How can I give you your presents if you won't HOLD STILL?!?!?* I think it'll be a nice quiet holiday...Hope yours is just as nice, however you like to take it--with or without sugar, extra cream, a shot of caramel syrup, etcetra...
