Knitting night was cool, mostly sat with another cool cow irker and goofed off. I was mobbed by a couple of little girls for a while--one had just learned to knit, the other was 5 and it was her birthday. Too cute for words, they were. I think their mom was glad to have them distracted for a minute so she could order some food and sip some coffee; she kept grinning gratefully at me. *cues Goofy Kung-fu-fighting music* START A KNITTING-GROUP TURF WAR!!!!
..."Yoyoyo, you can't be in here, we're the Stich N' Bitch group!!"
"HA! We are the Samurai Knitters of Supreme Fabulousness! We fear no one! Hikeeba!!"
I can see it now: The needles flying, the yarn hog-tying, the hot scalding coffee burns, broken chairs, usuing the sofas to jump up and down and high-kick other knitters in the heads... Ohhhhh man, the carnage would be...well, kinda awesome!
Maybe we should at leat pick another night, and live in peace ad serenity...what are your thoughts?
