If your cellphone went to the Great Technological Dustbin in the Sky, what use would it be to a shelter? Do they have a special plan with the GTDinS? So many minutes free?

I still have a very old cell phone--maybe nine years old--and I have replaced it. It's still kicking around in my car. Is it recyclable?
