So I sez to the guy, I sez...

...Lemur-Rob stopped by to peek at the stuff I finished and talk trash
when another coworker walked by whistling "La Marseilles"
Rob piped up, "Hey, that's British!"
"No, it's not, it's the French National anthem."
"Oh, oh yeah..."

*Small pause*

"You know, the British one is "West End Girls" by the PetShop Boys!!"
And with that, he starts to skank around the room doing the bass beat and trying to sing while I just hold my stomach and laugh.

I love my work sometimes...

I was an east end boy for a while. Never had any interest from west end girls.

Oh my...sooooo..the song isn't true, huh?

Ms Eff, who couldn't find the east or west end, compass or no.

St Paul is east, Minneapolis is west - I just checked. Does this make you a West End Girl?

I reckon it does...but I was born in St Paul, which makes me some kind of direction floozy:) (They always compete, like siblings.)
