Critter...
My Fairy godMonster appeared again at work:) I found a little yellow Pokemon critter on my Imac.
(Not Pikachu; he's kinda spiky and looks like a Pomeranian. Cute!) I was glad to see it--I'd missed the Fariy godMonster, that anonymous spirit.
So far I have been given"
A fire-hydrant eraser.
A little green pin with a bug-eyed face on it beaming out pleasantly.
A little packing peanut with a face drawn on and a jaunty pointy hat made of half a post-it.--I dubbed him, "the Pope of Packing Peanuts" because of his hat.
A Daisy Duck plastic figurine in yelow and pink.
A great deal of confetti.
Several tiny candy bars over the past year and a half.
Cute little snippets of what turned out to be a Peter Murphy interview.
Xerox copy of Peter Murphy voguing for the camera.
A Yellow Labrador retriever tape dispenser. (I found out who she was, and she didn't give me the other things because she quit and the stuff still kept coming.)
The occasional sticker.
So once again, i callout to the Fairy godmonster, whoever you are: Thank you!!!!! and someday I'd love to return the favor, but the mystery itself is so compelling I don't want to ruin it...
Ms Fledermaus, smiling at Yippy, her new plastic friend.

Did you X-ray the candy?
That would creep me out...
I came back from vacation once and found a dead mouse on my desk... I think (and hope and pray) that it got there under its own power, because the thought of a cow orker leaving dead things on my desk is just too unsettling...
*Shudder*
I did poke the candy and squish it, (It was usually a small Snickers bar) and since the wrapper was intact, I ate it. I'm pretty sure it's the Control guys, since I used to work with them and haven't seen them much since I got the new job. (We always got along very well.) And so far there's been no hate mail or anything. (Yet.)
Love, Ms Mausi, no relation to your deceased work-maus.

Re:
Ms Fledermaus, dancing the Pope of Packing peanuts over too the hydrant. and back--it's not a valid parking space...
