The Card of the Day...

I shuffled and this one just fell out of the pack and onto the floor:

Wheel of Fortune.
You are standing upon life's chessboard. before you is a great wheel Life is full of good and bad times. Observe how the theatre is held together with both comedy and trajedy.Upon the wheel a black arrow points upwards. In front of it stands chess piece inhabitants. to either side are signs indicating win or lose. We are not always in control of life, at times a giverning law decides our future. The Wheel is constantly on the move, taking us from one situation to another. Life will not always move us the way we would like it to, but it will direct us on a path to progress. We must appreciate our good fortune. the wheel represents the value of life's opportunities.

A very complex card for a workday:)

Reminds me of the scene in 24 Hour Party People where Tony Wilson has to host The Wheel of Fortune and he starts with a long speech about how the wheel will drag you down, but it will also bring you to the heights so no matter where you are the wheel will change you and the only thing to do is to enjoy the change.

Which promptly gets edited out by the guy in the sound booth.

Funniest movie to feature Joy Division music ever.

I keep meaning to see that movie--saw the promos, and just drooled:)

Anytime Joy Division pops up is a good thing:)
