Snow and more snow...

We have adorable cutesy little snowflakes falling from an almost blue and sunny sky. Totally beautiful.

Not like the horrible onslaught Low Delta and Cynnerth have had to deal with. I hope they're digging out okay, or at least that that they have enough hot chocolate in the house to wait until it all melts off...

And after I check on them, I'll go look at the Kilauea web site again to remind me of last year's cool trip, and think of bamboo instead of snow for a little while:)

The roads still have snow on them, so the ride into work was a little slower than usual. Actually, mine hardly suffered at all, but Cyn's was two or three times longer than usual. Other than that, everything's pretty much back to normal. Except the driveway still needs work. This would have been a good time to have a snowblower.

That snow was crazy! I shoveled four times during the day, and the hubby's car got stuck in the alley when he was trying to pull it around to the front before heading to work last night. He and I and two other people had to work a long time to get it out of the very deep snow where it was stuck.

It's a good thing your area didn't get wrapped up in this storm.
