Catching up with Captain Emily...

I had a great time last night hanging out with Captain Emily, feeding her meaty noodles and catching up on worky gossip. We called Ben the Neighbor, and after he put all the chickens to bed I fed him too. Emily showed us these great necklaces and bracelets she's been making with acrylic false eyes--totally amazing stuff. I wants one...I wants one reeeeel goood...so I traded her for a shawl she's always had her eye on for a custom necklace. I showed off some of my hard work knitting, and Emily had a great time petting and petting and petting all the fuzzy yarns.

Company is good but I was so tired after. I conked out almost immediately:)
