Mmm, cupcakes...

msfledermausI made some vanilla cupcakes last night for Friday...I found out that if you use whipping cream instead of milk two interesting things happen:
1: You get suuuuuper fluffy cupcakes that are very large.
2: They taste absolutely incredibly good:)
I think the combination with orange buttercream will be very nice indeed, oh yes it will...
Otherwise? The usual. Workies is still kind of tense, I get home kinda tired, there's plants to water, dishes to do, laundry to clean,people to call, etcetra etcetra and of course etcetra. But tonight I'm going out with friends and ignoring these thing for a bit. It's good for me; keeps me from getting too mired in drudgery...(I'm told it's a Capricorn-Virgo thing and I have some of both, as well as enough Scorpio to snarl at the dustbunnies and whatnot.)
So there you are...
