msfledermausLast night was Project Runway night. It was a little less crowded than usual--Peaty's out of town, Matt's out of town, it's not Erin's thing, and Ms. Kitty had some boyfriend issues that popped up. So Captain Emily and Ben the Neighbor and I had the couch all to ourselves with the exception of the Meezers--a couple of the housecats. I acquired a great deal of cat hair:) We all boohed what-his-face off the stage because he was such a bad sport. I showed Ben the Twilight trailer and explained why women all over the place were having meltdowns about vampiric Cedric Diggory. All in all, a really nice, low key evening.
Usually I have trouble sleeping after a Runway night, but last night wasn't bad. It helped we had another thunderstorm, even though you could hear the lightning strikes hitting the river and the echoes up and down the river cliffs. Eerie stuff. But again, oddly soothing...
