You could hear happy whooping yelling all over the island. All the windows are lit. We just shot fireworks out back. Everybody's dancing and yelling and happy. It's like the end of "Return of the Jedi" without all those damn Ewoks underfoot. I'm teary eyed and tired and very, very happy...

One of the bright spots of the evening was Tim Pawlenty babbling something on Fox with a backdrop from the island--photoshopped in or whatever. We booed and catcalled and flipped him the mass-bird in unison. we unanimously voted him off the island,in fact:)
