Happy things...

msfledermausSince this week is so full of the melodrama, I may as well dress for it. Oh wait, I always dress for it...*Looks down at black clothes and grins*
No, I mean, tonight I'm going out to see Peaty's snake-charming burlesque act at Ground Zero, and to watch Voltaire. (Voltaire is one of my favorite musicians, and I haven't been lucky enough to see him in town yet, so I'm very excited.) I'll dress up and put on extra eyeliner and hop up and down with excitement and Red Bull. (No drinking, alas, I still have some antibiotics to finish.) Anyway, the point is: Fun. Fun will be had. By me. And it will be fun...
Plus I'm hanging out with the Liz today. She's home from her bypass surgery, and seems to be recovering well,so we're having a spinning day. This will make us both so happy as we pet the soft, soft woolly things and turn them into yarn...
So to sum up: Today is happy. I'm doing the fun happy things. Which makes me very happy:)
