msfledermausI have a guest over for a couple of nights in the Rainy-Day Craftroom...Heather, who's an awfully nice lady. She's on her way to London, if no complications arise, and needed somewhere to stay for a couple of days since her housesitting gig ran out. She's entranced with Shamu the Bunneh. (Well, who wouldn't be?) But the best part? It's the air mattress...
Shamu is fascinated with the air-mattress, all warm and soft and, well, bouncy! I thought he'd be afraid of it--it is a new thing, after all, and rabbits are nervous about new stuff. But within seconds of making up the bed he was jumping up and down in the middle of it. Once Heather got settled in for the night, he made a few more bouncy leaps on the mattress. Best...Rabbit-toy...ever!!
He'll be so disappointed with me when I move that thing again when Heather has to leave. But I've been cracking up all morning long, watching him do little jumpy-hops over to Heather while she's half asleep. He's a funny little guy, I tell ya. I have to get video!!
