Last night Matt, Liz, Nick and I went to Alma's for Matt's birthday dinner. Wow. Just...wow. Their tasting menu is just amazing stuff. We were all very, very happy about our dinners...


I woke up still feeling full. This week, I swear. Tonight I'm making vegetables, something really light. Maybe the Bunneh could help me with a recipe--spinach salad with carrots and raisins:) He can have some, I can have some...

And speaking of Mr. Hopsalot, I got a fairly nice, albeit fuzzy picture of Shamu last night.
(Well of course it was fuzzy! It was just fuzzy on top of Shamu's fuzziness!) I just have to post it later tonight, I think, so everybody can see the extra fluff. "He gets it from his dad." says Cheryl, his orginal owner. Apparently his dad was a tribble...

Raz, my Corgi puppy, and I are enjoying spinach cream cheese spread over Breton wheat crackers with a dollop of Jalapeno jelly. It is quite, quite excellent. Raz likes the little tingle of pepper on his tongue.

Aren't pets nice? :D
