The first day of my new schedule...

msfledermausToday I go into work a whole half-hour later than usual, and leave a half-hour earlier. I'm a little excited and nervous aboutit at the same time. I just hope the Jade Mines has me on the books for the right time this week. *gulp*
Otherwise, life is good. I watched lots of movies and got a chance to relax. I helped my neighbor Leslie take care of the chickens since the Neighbor Boys are out of town. I'm looking around for varius presents everywhere for people. I keep sticking more skully things into the Gothmas tree, but so far my pictures of it are awful. Maybe tonight I can rig something up with the photo-lights I got last year...
Also, Shamu has a new present--a teeny cardboard box with seeds and raisins in it. He's getting the idea that it's some kind of treat--there are chew-marks on the outside. But so far he's still figuring out that he has to chew through the box to get at the raisins. I've rattled it for him, and even mock-gnawed on it myself to give him the idea. But it doesn't seem to be sinking in yet. *sigh* What's a bunny-mama to do?...
(I know: have a friend videotaping me mock-gnawing on the little box and put it on Youtube...I will become a legendary figure of public mocking. I can see it all now...)
