Too much thyme on my hands...
Jun. 9th, 2010 06:43 pmI love the hydroponic setup in my kitchen. Love it, love it. The only problem is, it works a little too well. The dill's been getting out of control--I'm thinking of making refridgerator pickles with some of it, since I'm not much of a canner. And the thyme keeps trying to strangle the chives. I just threw in a bunch with the nice cut of lamb I'm cooking at the moment, but if anyone has some decent thyme recipes, I'd be grateful...so very grateful.
And the mint? It's going into the lemonade right now, and a few sprigs will keep the lamb company...
