Yarn, now with more bunny-fluff...



This isn't Shamu's fur, by the way--he's more of a soft blue-gray. Cheryl and Cassandra from Pi Hollow Rabbitry gave me some of the fluff from the other bunnies at Shamu's birthplace, and I had a really good time spinning some of it up.

Soon, they will send me more, even. A great big box, it would seem. I may not make it out of the Rainy Day Craftroom for days...days, I say!

I have a nice big bag of the Shamu-fluff. I had enough to make myself a very nice scarf,but now I think I have enough to make yarn to share with others.

Which reminds me: How are you holding up, yarn-wise? And ummm...are there colors you like particularly? No reason, just asking...*looks all innocent*

Does Shamu need a shamu scarf?

My aunt sent over some scraps for me to add to the striped scarf I'm working on -- she's good like that. And I'm a slow knitter.

Maybe it's the malaise of lying in bed, maybe it's the recent joining of Ravelry, but I'm definitely beginning to be aware of my lack of stash. Never thought that would happen.
