Is that dark, sinking feeling in my stomach
the product of a stressful workday full of unresolved problems, the dark winter day,
a friend who is (I feel) overcritical, (No, not you:) another friend who is clamoring for attention I'm reluctant to give, (again, not you)
or the culmination of leftover egg-foo-yung that I should NOT have eaten...*gurgle*
