Didja miss me?

I tripped and fell really hard in the intersection near work yesterday--right before the light was going to change for the cars. (You know, you can move *really* fast even with ripped up knees if you have to.) My work patched me up, and since I was still shaking and in shock they sent me home to recover. Thus no posting yesterday. I mostly shook and slept and tried to relax and kept ice on my knees.
(They're pretty bruised, but no swelling.)

Today I'm okay...just stiff. Really stiff. and I'm not kneeling on *anything.*

What did I miss?

Yes indeedy, they do. There is extreme suckitude involved in stair-climbing today.

It looks really nice out...like a really nice day to just sit outside with a coffee and a sketchbook, and maybe a couple of friends.

Ummm...I'm relapsing!!! Yes I am!!! I'm in the kind of pain that only a coffeeshop can fix!!! Woe!!! Woe!!! *Yells louder so HR can hear* See the injustice inherent in the system!!! I'm being oppressed!!!

Thinking of weekend plans...

I was going to go to Ground Zero with a couple of friends this weekend, but now I think the better part of healing involves not jumping up and down in heels. I did get invited to a party where I would be paid to do Tarot readings for other guests.
Very cool...and I'd get to sit down:)

*Rubs sore shoulders* Tonight I think will be some nicey nice down time. But I'm feeling better by little steps, which is a slow relief.
