*Crack!* BOOOOOM!!!!!!!!

I'm soaked again....sheesh, for a few minutes I thought I was bucking for Thor's hammer right down the umbrella and into my little pointy head.
*sips chai and feels safe inside*

Really, the flashes are really close this morning--a few into the Loring pond. I like storms a lot...but I'm a-respecting Mother Nature by staying *in here!!!*

I'm also sunburned from Midsummer festivities. I was up on the roof again...It's really gorgeous, and has a great view, and you stay up there until you're deep fried, i tell ya!!!)Right now the roof is the only good thing about where I live right now....yes, it's for sure now; I am now a Ghetto Princess. (I told a pal that yesterday and he giggled for about 10 minutes straight.Ptttpth.)
There is lots of graffiti right at the door to the roof now--enlightened stuff like "Weed spot here" and "No fag shit" Nice atmosphere. The resident lists have been torn from their moorings in the lobby. My friend Jen reserved a room for her parents for the weekend in the building, (One of the perks that's going buh-bye) and they neglected to give her the KEY even though she's already paid!!! You have to find the office manager and get her into a half-nelson before she'll fill out a maintenance request.
I'm a pissed-off Maus....

Oh, and I messed up my wrist drawing this weekend...and what did I do? You know what I did. I drew some more. Bad Maus. At least it's almost better now...*flexes gently*
