I made it!!! yay mee!!!

...though I got stuck in Birmingham for refueling in an unexpected side trip. (I tried to wave to Elysiangirl while I was there...I could have tied you to the wing of the plane and given you a ride!!! D'ohhhhhhh...

Anyway, I'm sitting here goofing off on the house laptop. then maybe I'll catch another nap with the kitten, who insists on trying to steal the sock monkey I borught as a gift. Bad kitty!!!

A quick humorous true-life moment...

....me chasing a kitten who is determinately dragging a sock-monkey as she gallops away from me at top speed....

Maybe you hafta be there, but trust me, it's pretty damn funny...
I rescued that monkey twice now, but this kitten is *very* determined. Maybe I can distract her with a wadded-up paper ball or something.

Aaaag!!! Must save da monkey!!!
