The Universe is funny....

I whine about work and the Universe whacks me upside the head. I had an impromtu lunch with one coworker, and had a minor knitting geek-out with two more:) Okay, work isn't *that* bad...yesterday....

Saturn's Little Helper's been crying for his daddy this morning. Poor banana-loaf. I keep rubbing his head and telling him his daddy's coming home this afternoon...but he still has the occasional minor temper-tantrum, knocking over cans of wet food and crying a bit. I just hope he behaves until this afternoon. *Looks at cat sternly* I said I JUST HOPE HE BEHAVES UNTIL THIS AFTERNOON!
*Is ignored with royal glare*

Good thing: It's Friday!
Bad thing: I still have to go to work.

Good thing: Ben the Neighbor and Pipa Petey's coming home!
Bad thing: Saturn tried to bite me. *squirt squirt*

Good thing: I slept like a rock last night.
Bad thing: I had scary dreams. And not a quesadilla in sight...

Good thing: I just got paid!
Bad thing: Must...control...yarn...cravings...

Good thing: MPR in the mornings
Bad thing: Our entire horrifying political situation on sooooo many levels...

Good thing: Low Delta sent me a PJ Harvy CD!
Bad Thing: I've forgotten to than him for 2 days straight. Bad bad Maus!!!!
