Water-Maus Strikes Local Lake!

I went swimming with Jen and Ben the Neighbor and Pipa petey yesterday, since it was too good a day to NOT swim, you know? Lake Harriet was really high, but we managed to find a quietish beach. Soon the air was rent with cries of:
"Who wants the floaty noodle?" *splash splash*"Mee! mee!' "Hey, stop hitting me with the noodle!" "It's wet! it's WEEET!!!" "It's water, Ben, you drink it as a mixer with whiskey!" *splash splash splash*
"Eeek! Water-Maus!!!" "Think of how big a bath bomb you'd need for this lake!"
"Huge pink bath bomb dropped in Lake Harriet, Maus sought for questioning!"
"FLOATY NOOOOODLE!"

Heh, maybe you had to be there....it was a lot of fun.
But I'm really sore. I've been stretching and wincing all morning.

*streeeetch*
let's say we all knock off today and go swimming, hah? I've got my suit all dried out! And I'm sure Jen would lend me the Floaty Noodles...

Off to workies, wority work...

I wish the local Dunn Brothers made Thorazine smoothies; my day would be so much better...okay, maybe not but I sure wouldn't notice:)
