Echinacea and goldenseal...

...Allergy season's around the corner and there's a flu running around, so I thought it might be wise to give my immune system a bit of a boost. I have a brand new bottle of echinacea and goldenseal on the counter. (Well, it was either that or uproot the pretty coneflowers at the end of my block and start chewing on the rhizome...and getting smacked by irate lawyers for spoiling their landscaping isn't my usual idea of fun.) The stuff works a treat, but I have weird dreams after a while--I call it "visiting the deer-headed people" because apparently that's what I'm doing:) Could be worse--could be visiting the bunker of Dick Cheney in my sleep. ("So THAT's where they put all the aliens from Area 51!")

I also had a nice talk with Freekee last night. He's sick, poor guy...
I wish I could push the echinacea bottle through the phone.:( Hope you feel better soon, sir!
