*cough hack*
Aug. 27th, 2003 07:47 amMaaan, the air is full of crap lately. The last couple of days I've been fighting sinus stuff and my allergies. Ragweed, you saucy, saucy little plant of ultimate evil. *sneezes so hard it hurts*
*grumble*
At least Bravo was entertaining last night...Ben the Neighbor (Now the proud owner of an exotic birthday orchid) and I were rolling our eyes, yelling, groaning, and making scooting gestures when the romantic candles on Boy Meets Boy caught fire...(Um...I would have got up when I noticed things getting..er, bright, but then James had been drinking champagne for about a day and a half straight. *giggles*) It was especially funny since Ben, who works in a computer lab at the law school, had a computer catch FIRE at work yesterday...flames and smoke and everything. I should buy the poor guy a portable fire extinguisher for his birthday. And tape pillows all over Boy Peter, who seems to be on an involuntary wrecking spree these days. (You know, when you don't mean to but accidentally break all the interesting stuff?)
I'm s'posed to go to the State Fair after work with a couple of coworkers, and then hop to the roof about 10 to look at the beauteous Red Planet tonight. (I've been able to see it out my window late late at night:) I still feel kind of logy, so I may give the Fair a miss today until I feel a little better....which may be when the frost hits or something. *sigggggggh*
