*disoriented blink*

I was dreaming really hard when I got up, of cityscapes and rivers....I think I was in a dream-version of downtown St Paul again, combined with the "Queen of the Damned" which I saw last night.
(One word...Hoohah!!! *eyes glaze over*)
I woke up and really had to struggle against going back to the dream.
Lestat in the Farmer's Market at winter was kind of cool....


This weekend was good for the most part...though the weird sleep I had suggests I might have been all the better for an extra nap in there somewhere. Us old ladies need our beauty sleep:) And of course I got spoiled absolutely rotten at my little birfday soiree...here's my birthday haul:

Dinner and drinks a suprise courtesy of Ben the Neighbor...(For which I shall get culinary revenge, oh yes I will.)

One really cool knitting-as-textile-art book from the seventies...some of the images are stunning, and some made me burst out laughing. Ahhh, the seventies have a lot to answer for:)

One blown-glass geisha dolly to go with the book. Pretty!!!

Two (2) bath bombs...needless to say I used one up first chance I got.

Many many many birthday wishes which made me feel very humble.

So there you are....The Queen of Mausiland is much pleased...and much much spoiled to boot.
