Thoughtful stuff today...

...It's easy to be thoughtful on a day off when it's snowing like crazy and you....buhhhhhh....brains....shut....downnnnnnn.....

*shakes head a little to clear it*

Okay okay. Just kind of goofing online, ordering more roving so I can practice my spinning, and yarn for some contract knitting I'm doing for a coworker. I also have *gulp* some postcardy cards coming with a picture of me in some gauntlets and contact info. That's soooo cool!!!
I think I'm getting a little braver about all this fiber arts stuff now that I've got a decent grasp of the techniques and such.
Hopefully all this coaching-at-work-stuff will make me a better knitting teacher someday, too.

Knitting stuff aside, I'm having fun hanging out with cats and such. It's snowing like crazy outside, so it feels cosy and warm in here.
Got all the acoutrements, too--cocoa, marshmallows, chicken cooking for dinner and whatnot. Mmm. I am a damn lucky person on days like today. And to top it all off I got a big shot in the arm of Most Extreme Challenge, Home of the Embarrasing Face-Plant.

Okay, not exactly stimulating conversation from me today...I blame that on talking to the friends' cats. Mrow? Mrow!!!
