First thunderstorm of the year last night...

...I woke up from this dream of tornados and seeking shelter to flashes of light and booming outside. Cooooooooool...


And in other news? Stuff and other stuff. I rounded out the Week of Weirdness by running into my old cow-irker Daniel. (Daniel is very cool. How cool? He has the Deckert's liscence plate from "Blade Runner", tons of Sex Pistol memorabilia, is trained as a lawyer and helped me with my resume when I switched jobs. Splendid, splendid guy.) We had a great time walking around and gossiping about the Inferno and how things were going in the Jade Mines, and it sounds like he'll be trying to make one of the Tuesday Knitting Nights so he can drink coffee and get in on all the Inferno dirt properly. So, I got the good weirdness, which was definitely needed...

Now another day of running around in the monkey suit. We get new monkey suits soon and the critics proclaim: The jacket is much improved, but the tie...ohhhh dear, the tie...who designed the damn thing, Santino from Project Runway?!?! It's orangey-red with "MIA" all over it. Horrible. I may paint over it if left to my own devices...
