*feet throbby*

There's lots of running around today at the Jade Mines. My feet are rather cross about it, but what are ya gonna do...? We're a bit busy, too. People are recovering enough from the shock of the bridge and the adjustment to other ways of getting around that we've got a fair amount of people here. there's a party outside later, and people have been trotting around with big sparkly silver beaded curtains for the courtyard. I covet those curtains. I want to wear them as an evening gown with a beehive wig and big false eyelashes. Meanwhile my cow-irker Mike has some special words for you all: "...With a salmon on rye, who is mangling a monkey with a chainsaw...spidermonkey!!"

I think that sums up the mood for the day.

I just wish I was home, working on that cool snow-devil hat from the knitting book someone gave me. Mmmmm, red devil hat with ear-flaps:) If it goes well enough I may have to make one for me too...yes, I am knitting bulky wools in the summertime. I am in fact insane. So there you are...
