One of my friendlier cow-irkers is going to Paris in a couple of weeks, with a stop off at Versailles, the Petit Trianon, and the Jardin De Monet...Lucky cow-irker. I took French for several years in school, and I've always wanted to see Versailles. I made her promise to take many, many pictures and in return I've been ransacking my memory for every handy-dandy French phrase I can, to help her happy travels. I think later this week I'll unearth my old French textbooks and try to remember some basic shopping vocabulary, just for fun...

I've already taught her, "Le singe conduiset le autobus"--The monkey drives the bus. I am proud...
