It's official...

Everybody I know wants new comics to read. Everyone. Even people who don't read comics much.
I think it's just that a lot of people I know (including myself) need a little mini-vacation. It's nice to escape into somewhere else, somewhere in four-color ink and amusing, skully architecture. Possibly with robots.

I'm glad I've reinstated my personal policy of getting new books and music every once in a while for my own mental health. For various reasons I'd fallen away from that, and I was getting a little stir-crazy. I needed something new, something GOOD to read! Last night, I spent all night on the floor with Shamu the Bunneh, reading through the new stuff and listening to the thunderstorm echoing around the cliffs...It felt so good.

So there you are...
