How to squick out an entire room of kids and adults in 30 seconds...

More fun with random strangers today: There was a tour with middle-school kids, and one of them bragged that he could stab through the Samurai armor we have on display at the Mines. After a way-too-detailed description of how he would "stab the guy int he chest and then go through the facemask with a side-knife," the very nice guide told him, 'Ummm, he would be up on a horse." "That's okay,I'd just kill the horse first, then go kill that Samurai guy!" And everybody in the room started backing away from the kid. "Hey, I got a question about these swords over here! What's so special about them?" The guide VERY firmly led the group to the nice, mellow Teahouse instead...And I could barely breathe from stifling horrified, hillarible laughter...

I felt a little bad for the kid--I remember being a very smart-assy 12 year old myself, just full of knowledge to inflict upon the world. But...wow. Just, wow...If I hear about this kid 5 years from now in a shooting spree of some kind, I'm going to feel so awful that I laughed about him today...
