Things I want...a list.

Besides the obvious, which I will list right away: I want the Taliban to stop
attacking the US and everyone else while they're at it. (Glad that's out of the way? Me too.)

I want an onsen, right here in the middle of town. A hot spring I own.
It would pay for itself within a year if I marketed it well, and think of the parties I could have...mmmmmm...
(I should add a small sushi bar.)

I want a big video collection, full of strange and fun and exotic films...I can't keep stealing tapes from the Film department when they're not looking!!!
(Note to the very literal. I don't steal tapes...or anything else. Okay? Please drive through.)

I want enough money to make gifts of it to various people I care about.
Money doesn't change anything, but it does make a pretty nice bandage.

I want more space to live in. And make various structural changes in. I can drywall, I have the technology...

I want to feel like I'm not emotionally imposing on my friends. (Not all of you, so there..)

I want to go to a place to dance that's interesting and fun and possibly slightly Victorian-looking..(Like the Spaghetti Factory done in black...ever been there? You should go. The food is incredible.)

I want to open a gallery space of my own...for some reason I want to call it the Bone Circus, out of a Charles de Lint story. That's one I could realistically try to do with some research and time...it wouldn't have to be very big.

I want...well, let's not go into that one.

I'm seriously thinking of opening a small studio/gallery at some point. (Yeah yeah, galleries appear and disappear like snowflakes unless they have some hard-core financial backing, but I would like to try...just a small one. )

Hmmm...vibrant colors, very jewel-like reds and blues and greens and golds and such.
I like colors that almost glow, you know?
Otherwise, I'm like you, theyre all good in their own ways...

Well, I haven't a baby to lend you...I wish I could. And I wish that the adoption guys would get their butts in line and get you hooked up with the Kid Who Loves You...(We both know the Kid is out there somewhere.)
