msfledermausUh oh...please, not just yet, Mommy Winter...
I'm having fun little moments goofing off and working...it's an easy day.
It means I'll have enough energy to do the Vicious Mound of Black Laundry,
and finish some doll stuff...and cook!! Something better than burritos...I have pirogies in my freezer, and they're crying out for soup to go hot-tubbing in.
I hear you, little pirogies...I'm coming home soon...

Date: 2001-10-25 12:39 pm (UTC)I've always eatten them the way that they were prepared when we used to go get them from the Catholic Russian-Orthodox church during Lent (Oh how I miss getting pierogies from St.Micheal's!!!! It was a site to be seen... bunches of ladies at tables in the gym of the church making the dough and the filling and putting them together. OoOooO.....and they were expensive for a dozen of them, but ooooOooooh, so worth every penny of them!! Sorry... tangent in the parenthesis! *giggles*) - simply boiled, or boiled then deep fried.
