I just checked my e-mail and got no less than 200 random-porn spams. I couldn't hit "Block" fast enough. (Looks like it's time to make my filter even more picky...but the last time I did that most of my friends sending me stuff I wanted to read ended up right in the junk folder....Hotmail, if you're reading, you suck...*sniff*)

I had an okay weekend--hung out with a few friends, worked a little on a few projects,and finished "The Sorcerer's Stone." (I'm hooked now. Along with every little kid in the country:) I got some shopping done for th holidays--time to start sending off goodies. (And Dave, if you're reading, I got your CD. Coooooool:)
I've been trying not to dwell on gloomy stuff lately. (It's the holidays, too easy to do.)

I repeat: diss Hotmail, NOW. Switch to Yahoo! and never look back. I did and only wish I had done it even sooner. Hotmail is horrid.

I do have a Yahoo account, and it barely gets anything bad...I've been slowly rerouting people over time.

When I switched to Yahoo!, I kept Hotmail as a backup, but finally switched my backup over to another email service. AltaVista seems to work ok as a backup, except for some pop-up ads.

That might be the way to go...hotmail's been my primary, but after 200 porn-spam messages it's time for me to switch over...grrr...
