I just keep looking out at the snow. I know Spring will come eventually, but the weather guys say there's another couple of snowfalls expected. It just weighs hard on everybody's spirits right now. I may have to buy more flowers soon, maybe a plant that won't try to stab me when I move it into the sun. Cactuses are cool and interesting...and sharp. Never forget that.
Lately I've been having anxious dreams about living with roommates or something along those lines, somewhere much too small with too many people around, and wishing I had a place of my own. Then I wake up, momentarily confused until I remember that I actually do live alone. I usually spend a minute or two touching things to reorient myself. Except the cactus; go fig.
I finished a mixed-media piece I'm really proud of. Nobody's seen it yet but me.
This was depressing at first until I remembered I had more AA batteries for the digital camera. I'll see what I can do about posting them, I'm still finding my feet about some of the technical stuff...
