Yes....they certainly do...Thr Decree of the Queen of Mausiland clearly reads: "Yeah verily, all alcoholic stuffs must be taken through and sampled by the Royal Customs Officers of the realm of Mausiland..."

(They usually leave me a litle but it's amazing how many "Poisoned Margaritas" they intercept on my behalf...)
