Now I seek the springy rolls.
Peanut sauce!!! Yummers!!!

(I'll perk up with some Vietnamese food in me; I'm sure of it.)

Ohhhhhhhh, Vietnamese spring rolls are TO DIE FOR!!! I couldn't get enough of those in Vietnam, and we don't have any Vietnamese restaurants close by.

*note to self: check out The Big City for a Vietnamese restaurant and make a date with husband to go to one!!!!*

I think so...and it's the dipping sauce for spring rolls...ooooh, drool!

The place was *closed* yesterday, so I settled with takeout chinese as a treat. No peanut sauce in sight...it's true...

Hmmm...maybe I can find a recipie for you? They don't seem that hard to make if you've got the ingredients. *Pages through Asian cookbooks*
