Headachey...

I hung out with The Neighbors yesterday for a bit, complaining about each of our weird lives and eating cookies. I would have stayed longer, but I had a visit from Happy Mr. Headache, banging on my head with a really large mallet. So I went home. Mr. Headache had me puking my guts out later on that night...I blame it on the ragweed. It's the time of year when every allergic person in the state whimpers for that first frost to kill them pesky pollens and set our sinus cavities free...

I do feel better this morning...a bit fried, but better...

Happy Friday, peoples...whacha doon for Labor Day? I'm going to the Renaissance Festival to see firends in tights...and I'm sleeping in a lot.

Mr. Headache doesn't have a twin brother, Mr. Migraine, does he? Those two and Mr. Sinus moved into my neighborhood years ago. It's Mr. Migraine that makes me puke.

well, i have a ticket from laura, she gave me one free.
and sure! i'd love to go when you get back. maybe get a group with laura and them too? juuuust a thought.
can i borrow some clothing? i have a burgundy skirt set (underskirt/overskirt and a petticoat) and a soft lawn shirt with burgundy ribbon, just need a bodice.

I have the secret weapon. Hornet spray that shoots 20 ft. and I wear full body and respiratory protection. I also attack the nests early in the morning or at dusk in order to make sure their buddies aren't buzzing around feeding. The east side of the barn is 100% nornet nest free following my courageous military adventure. An I didn't even need congressional approval to start this war.

Just in case, I always wear thick rubber gloves when I paint. It makes clean-up easier (esp. since I'm using "oils")

I think I can find you one, no sweat. I've got one in red and white, and one in black. (erhm....I love the black one..*whine* be good if you borrow it...) A group sounds like fun!
