Once again, I had that fabulous weekly holiday....

Machines churning!!! Powdered soap everywhere!!! Big black dust-bunny-sized lint!!! Wrassling the neighbors for dryer rights!!! Seeing how far my alice-in-wonderland-tights can shoot across the laundryroom!!!!

Alll the undies were Kung-fu fightiiing--Huah!!!

And I had a weird moment over the phone today with a friend...I was eating dinner, and described the baked potato with steak and sauteed mushrooms and coriander I made, and He said,
"Hmm, you know--Naaah, you'll smack me if I say it."
"What?"
"nonono, you'll smack me if I say it, really!"
"Aww, come on!"
"No!"
"Please?"
"You'll smack me really hard!!"
"It can't be that bad!"
"yes it is...really."
"If you don't tell me, I'll kill you with a fork."
"Okay..*heavy sigh*....someday you'll make someone a nice little wife......"

*sputtering noises*
"Nononooooooooo, wrong wrong WRONG!!!! With my glitter problem, I'll make someone a nice little Drag Queen someday, so there! And you're right--I AM going to smack you. Why you little...."
