The thing that really pisses me off is THIS IS THE MAN EVERYBODY HELPED VOTE INTO POWER RIGHT NOW.... This is the kind of stuff we're apparently okay with now?!? this is what we want for our country; a return to the Dark Ages? Our civil rights struggle, one of the biggest grassroots success stories of our nation was "All that stuff" that shouldn't have happened?

And his apology was reeeeeal weak. I'm underwhelmed. I'm sure most of us are.

I agree with you 110%. I really do hope the people and voters wake up in 04. We need the change right now more than ever before in our history. Racists, appointed Presidents and talks of using nukes HAS to end in 04 and the only way to do it is in the voting booth. I will be voluteering in 04 as I did in 00. These guys HAVE to go or this country and this world is in a HEAP...of trouble.

I don't think we have to wait till 04....I've been signing petitions and sending money and doing what little I can to help.
(granted it's not much, but you gotta start somewhere.)

I just hope i doesn't take our generation's version of Vietnam to do it,...I mean, we've got KISSINGER back, for god's sake!!!! *shudders*

Right on!! As for Kissinger, I'm not too sure where he stands but I will say this about him...he's got a LOT more BRIGHTS than our President which isn't saying a lot. Keep up the good work!! As we get closer to 04 we've got to pick up on the intensity. Take care. have a good day. =O)
