I've been a forgetful Maus lately....
Feb. 4th, 2003 08:10 amUsually my memory's pretty good, but lately it's been getting kind of flakey.
I think it might be tied to my reactions to the weather or something. It bothers the hell out of me. I'm also getting tired more easily lately, and sleeping either in small insomniac bursts or 10-hour sleeping jags. (usually after the anxiety ridden insomnia.) Last night I had to use a lavender bath bomb to knock me out. (Memo to myself: Buy about a dozen of those little guys,)
Before I conked out I was reading "Ghosts of the Titanic" by Charles Pellegrino again. I thought it was apropos because there's some very good sections about the Challenger tragedy, the shuttle Pellegrino watched from it's cradle to its sudden destruction. I wonder how he's taking this newest sadness....
Anyway, I recommend him right about now; he's a good read.
I need to get tickets today for this Saturday at work. A few friends of mine and I are going to ze soiree. Yehaw!

I've been trying to do that a lot lately...it does make it easier, when tomorrow-person doesn't forget that today-person got things all set up for her. Oyyyyyyy...
I wish I could get the anxiety to be quiet when I'm trying to sleep.
*fret fret fret*
It's not like I can do anything about anything at 3 am.
*fret*
Hmmm....
Date: 2003-02-04 06:40 pm (UTC)As well as some other sleepytime targets I've got locked in the Orbital Mind-control-laser... let's see, shopping list;
1 huge comet, extra icy, broken into tiny chunks
1 laser to heat the water up to 89 degrees if reentry doesn't cut it.
100 billion bath bombs--Waving Not Drowning, courtesy of Lush...
