Sunday evening drivel from Mausiland...

I'm not doing much today...I've been working a bit on the foundation for a new sculpture and reading a bio of Jim Morrison. (I've never really been a big fan of his. Now...I'm really not a big fan of his. Go fig.)
I should do a ton of situps today...I was trying on pants yesterday in those wonderful florescent rooms at ze Red Dot Boutique...most demoralizing, lemme tell ya. But it's Sunday, so I'm kind of unmotivated.
(I was a good Maus and did a ton of laundry...and have new cleaning supplies, so the bathroom should be all sparkly today...when I get to it...whenever that is...)

Maybe if I had a whole long string of days off I wouldn't feel Monday hovering like the vulture of Frustration and work-related Angsty doom...but I do. Shooshooshoo!!

Jim Morrison was not a very nice person. But he was truly a great poet/singer/entertainer.

I agree. It's kind of frustrating for me, that the brightness in his search for music and meaning didn't translate in how he dealt with other people...or even himself. he seemed to hate everybody so much, because he hated himself so muh....
