It makes me want to do a little graffiti of my own, writing"FIX ME!" with a Sharpie marker all over the building at everything that needs to be repaired or painted or taken care of. Maybe I'll just stick Post-its instead. Big mean Post-Its. Grrrr....
I'm *gasp!* Running Out of Yarn...so after I cruise LJ a bit I'm ordering some online. That way I'll have fetching yarn to make Skull-and-Crossbone pot holders. Yarr....
Damn, I'll need red, too, got a clever idea for the back--red and black stripes.

At least this has been forcing me to work on lakesha's Uncertainty Principle Scarf, which is being a stone bitch in fair-isle. I've decided the only way I can do it and have it look nice is to Swiss-darn the equation on after knitting the red background. This is soooooo much faster and more enjoyable. Wheeeeee!

I lugged some basic groceries up those damn 8 flights of stairs...It's probably good I'm not entertaining with the stairs out, but I miss Ben the Neighbor and Pipa Petey. (I'm seeing them tomorrow, for curry-love and a much-missed Flying White Samurai Knitters session. I miss my Samurai Knitters!!!! Whaaaaaaaa!!!! *sniffle sniffle* )
So there you are...If I had longer hair I could play Rapunzel from my little brick tower and everything, since I'm stuck here if I don't want to hike up those *long string of expletives deleted* stairs.
