I was having nightmares all night long involving tornadoes. Big clusters of them winding down from the sky and spreading out like the stems of malign flowers. I remember being in an ex's mother's house, and diving for the basement and under some heavy furniture with the wind roaring and everything shaking....

In fact, now that I think about it...I've been having tornado dreams for a while now. I just didn't realize it until right this moment.
*shakes head* Weird. Different locations, different times of day...once up high in some office building and watching aghast as the ribbons unfolded from the clouds. It's strange to me because I'm not really afraid of tornadoes...at least, no more or less than any other Midwesterner. *Puzzled frown*
I was glad to wake up and realize it was February:)

I'm trying to shake off the dreams by playing lots of Yello and having tea and oranges.

"And when I'm riding, on that wing, my heart, it starts..to swing..."

i usually have tornado dreams once a month. they used to be pretty distressing, but now i welcome them. i like to try to decipher them. :)
