I try to keep my "emergency supplies" on hand at all times. Puffs with aloe, because they're softer than Kleenex and I have super sensitive skin. Mrs. Grass' Chicken Soup. Gator Aid. I once got dehydrated when sick and the doctor was weighing whether to send me to the hospital. He said "go home and drink a two quarts of GatorAid--if you're not better tomorrow let me know.
I was so impressed with how it works that I keep some tucked away.
