I'm pretty sure it was just incompetence...I knew they were shutting the water off that day. my guess is that they shut the water off, put in the taps (wrongly) an left....an didn't check to see how things were when the water was turned back on. They keep refrring to it as an "accident" even though a maintenance guy had to shut the water off under the sink with a wrench to stop the flooding. Also, other peopl in the builing have similar tap problems to mine, just not the severity of the flooding I had.
I can't s them refurbishing ANYthing around here...they'r not the refurbishing type.:P I *can* see them "punishing" me for leaving an giving them a bad review in my exit sheet, though....& I'll definitly bring it up & watch thier faces when they lie to me...
