Just checking in real quick. I should put up some Dante's Minimalist Inferno gossip for my cow-irker Daniel, who (lucky bastid) is on vacation in New Orleans this week. He promised me voodoo toys if I was a good monkey:)

There is a bit of a lack of voodoo-toys in the great American Midwest. (Okay, we have *some*, but they must be sought assiduously and hidden from the horrors of lutefisk and hotdish.) Celtic and Norse stuff we gots, but not so much the voudoun stuff.

Here it's my yearly routine to go to Voodoo rituals twice a year. The most fun one happens the day after Halloween, the Day of the Dead. It's great fun! Hey if you make your plans to show up in New Orleans then you can come with me this year! :)

Easy now, deep breath...sorry, Cynnerth must have the Orbital Mind-control Laser on "Big Crush' again and is pointing it at strangers. I'll have a talk with her, I promise.
