I'm sitting in my living room, admiring the view out the windows. I love my windows--they're extra large, and lying in bed looking at the sky is a wonderful experience. There's basmati rice cooking on the stove. (I'm making curry. Big suprise, no?) I'm wearing a big warm gray pullover I found at a garage sale, black jeans and warm socks...

Turns out this new apartment of mine is pretty cosy on a cold day. I came home with my teeth chattering--the cold came very quickly and I was underdressed. But not for long. I'm quietly chuffed that I get to drag out all the wolly things I've been making. Wheee!!!

Oops, gotta turn down the rice...
